Make Learning Happen

Our partnership model offers schools the opportunity to create a dedicated FIIT Learning space within their own premises, bringing Future-focused, Inclusive, Inter-subject, and Transformational learning directly to their students.

Through this collaboration, schools can establish a personalised, tech-enabled environment where students engage in project-based learning and benefit from a tailored curriculum that enhances core subjects while building essential life skills. We work closely with schools to design the FIIT Learning space, provide training, and support staff in implementing the approach, ensuring they have the tools to maximise student engagement and success.

This model fosters a seamless integration of FIIT Learning principles within the school’s existing framework, allowing for a consistent, impactful learning experience that meets the unique needs of each learner.

What it takes

Becoming a FIIT Learning partner requires a commitment to creating inclusive, future-focused learning spaces, meeting our compliance standards, engaging in thorough training, and collaborating on a personalised curriculum designed to transform educational experiences for every learner.

Dedicated Co-ordinator

A member of staff who will serve as the FIIT Learning Coordinator, trained in our methodology to oversee the programme and ensure its smooth integration within the school’s environment.

Access to Technology

Essential technology for conducting online lessons, monitoring student progress, and reviewing data, enabling a personalised approach and effective tracking of learner development.

Spaces for PBL

Designated areas, either within or outside of the school, where students can engage in collaborative, explorative, and experiential project-based learning, making lessons fun and deeply engaging.

Learning Facilitators

Staff members trained in the FIIT Learning model who will act as facilitators, supporting and guiding students through their lessons and helping them apply what they’ve learned in practical, meaningful ways

The Process

Complete an Application

Schools begin the partnership by completing an application, followed by a thorough compliance check to ensure they meet FIIT Learning standards for student support, facilities, and safeguarding.

This initial phase ensures that the school’s values and resources align with FIIT Learning principles, setting a strong foundation for successful implementation.

Training for Leaders and Staff

Once approved, school leaders and teaching staff undergo comprehensive training in the FIIT Learning approach, covering its core principles, project-based learning methodologies, and the use of technology for personalised instruction.

This training equips staff with the knowledge and skills they need to manage the FIIT Learning space effectively and support student progress.

Support with Implementation

We provide hands-on support to help schools establish their FIIT Learning space, including assistance with selecting and integrating technology, setting up project-based learning activities, and customising the curriculum.

Our team works closely with school staff to adapt the space and resources to fit their specific student needs, creating a functional and inspiring learning environment.

Ongoing Support and Quality Assurance

After the FIIT Learning space is up and running, we offer continuous support through regular check-ins, additional training, and access to resources that keep the programme aligned with evolving educational standards.

Our quality assurance measures include periodic evaluations and feedback sessions, ensuring the learning space remains effective, impactful, and true to the FIIT Learning mission of delivering transformative education.
